COVID vaccination available for Nail Carers

Those Nail Carers who have not yet had their first COVID vaccination dose, are eligible and welcome to book.

In order to book an appointment you will need to provide:

• Name
• Date of birth
• NHS number (you can get this via the NHS website)
• Residential post code
• Mobile telephone number (so that appointment date and time can be texted)

Appointments are available at:

• Queen Elizabeth Hospital, ITM Building – https://my.drdoctor.co.uk/clinic/QEHITM9(* suitable for pregnant customers.)
• Millennium Point-  https://my.drdoctor.co.uk/clinic/millenniumpoint2901 (*NOT suitable for pregnant customers.)
• Aston Villa Football Ground https://my.drdoctor.co.uk/clinic/villapark01(*NOT suitable for pregnant customers.)

On the day of appointment, you will also need to bring :

• your Nail Care ID badge
• and Passport/ driving licence as ID
